One life, MAX IT!

first time we took the sec 1s and 2s ytd. kinda scared. me in charge of the logistic.. nothing much to do. slack yarh. some sec 4s came back, so sweet of them.. sort of teach us how to take a squad. some things crop up.. named it A and B.
A was unhappy with B as A felt that the sec 1s are quite slack.. want B to be more harsh, but that's not how B thinks.. B felt that sec 1s muz be taught more patiently as the juz came and was very new to everything. sec 1s giving us attitude. hais. B was sad as B felt that we shouldn't pump the sec 1s and 2s. B felt that the sec 1s can be taught, juz that they need more time.
den jj keep giving us wrong info. a lot ppl not happy with him liaos. xy kena scolded coz of that.. jj was damn sad. i felt so guilty. we was like keep "shooting" him den usually he would walk with us de. ytd he was walking with sarina at the front. din even tok to us in msn. hais. oso quite sad coz we keep pumping the sec 2s. dun even noe if we made the right decision.
read a sec 2's blog. dae were unhappy, had a very bad impression of us. the first time taking them already like that, how can we carry on.. sec 2s are hating us. what can we do? one senior said that its alright as they were not used to the change of ncos all that. will be better after a while. is that really the truth? i really dun want be nco le.. nco's life really sux. i miss the sec 4s lots. ='(
camp also coming. its from 9 th to 12th june. can say jj is in charge as he knew all the things. but now, can we really trust him? we are always not being informed. having internal conflicts.. how can we handle it?
studies.. failed eng and ss. both are D7. failed eng by 1 mark. sian arz. mum was worried abt my results and keep nagging. during june holidays, first and second wk are mostly related to np.. dun noe she will allow me go a not. =(
